The stunning PS23552C is a one-of-a-kind mini dress by Portia and Scarlett's couture collection! We love this dress for: HOCO, Homecoming, Formal Events, Weddings, Baptism, Baby Showers, Engagements, Bridal Showers and more! The dress features a plunging neckline and cut-outs at the waist. The dress has double thin straps that cross into the back of the dress and tie. The dress has a unique crystal butterfly pattern and crystal skirt. The dress is not lined.
