This mini dress features thin straps and plunging neckline with a built-in corset top. The dress features crystals throughout the entire dress and cut outs at the waist. The dress has a full open back with back zipper, hidden. The gown features crystal fringe and feathers at the waist of the dress and transform into the skirt of the mini!
