The gorgeous PS23040 is a beautiful full length strapless velvet dress with over-sized bow on one side and high rounded split on the opposite size. The dress has a gorgeous flowing train.

Fit: Runs true to sizing chart. Minimal stretch. If you are between sizes, go up to the larger size and then alter down.
