Portia & Scarlett style PS22193 is a stunning full length gown made of high quality velvet and is fully lined. The dress features stunning off-shoulder straps adorned with crystal jewel embellishments, and crystal fringe. The dress has a built-in corset bodice with cup details. The gown has ruching around the waist to accentuate any and all curves, and a sweeping side train. The gown also features a high split on one side.
