If a product is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. If a product is on pre-order, it will not be shipped until the product is available. You will be emailed by our customer service to ensure that provide you with a ship date.
If you choose to use the FREE SHIPPING discount code, regardless of what is chosen at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground which could take 2-7 business days to reach you. Note that we cannot guarantee shipment times. If you need a package sooner, please choose an express shipping option at checkout.. Although you chose Express shipping, we will not ship the gown right away - you must wait until the gown is in stock to have it shipped to you. If you need it sooner, please contact us.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that we are not responsible for customs duty fees. If you are purchasing from another country, please be sure that the shipping address MATCHES the billing address on your card, otherwise there will be a delay in shipment while we verify your purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customs fees for some countries. We will not pay for customs fees. Should you choose not to pay the customs fees and the dress is returned to us, the amount of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship out on major holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm will be processed & shipped out the following business day.
If a package is returned back to us via "undeliverable" or you do not pay duty fees, you will be responsible to contact us regarding reshipment of the package. Slight variations might occur between the sample and the finished product. These run to run dye lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when identical products and colors are to used for more than one dress, that they all be ordered at the same time.
