Featuring thin spaghetti style straps, they come around your arm for a comfortable fit (cups in bodice so no bra needed) and a full open back. The back of the dress has subtle ruching around the hips and a drape at the center of the back. Horse-netting at the bottom of the gown allows the dress to create a puddling effect at your feet!

If a product is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. If a product is on pre-order, it will not be shipped until the product is available. You will be emailed by our customer service to ensure that provide you with a ship date.
If you choose to use the FREE SHIPPING discount code, regardless of what is chosen at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground which could take 2-7 business days to reach you. Note that we cannot guarantee shipment times. If you need a package sooner, please choose an express shipping option at checkout.. Although you chose Express shipping, we will not ship the gown right away - you must wait until the gown is in stock to have it shipped to you. If you need it sooner, please contact us.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that we are not responsible for customs duty fees. If you are purchasing from another country, please be sure that the shipping address MATCHES the billing address on your card, otherwise there will be a delay in shipment while we verify your purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customs fees for some countries. We will not pay for customs fees. Should you choose not to pay the customs fees and the dress is returned to us, the amount of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship out on major holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm will be processed & shipped out the following business day.
If a package is returned back to us via "undeliverable" or you do not pay duty fees, you will be responsible to contact us regarding reshipment of the package. Slight variations might occur between the sample and the finished product. These run to run dye lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when identical products and colors are to used for more than one dress, that they all be ordered at the same time.

love the dress but the horsehair had a few frayed pieces, and the material felt a little too cheap. seller was horrible at communicating that they didn’t even have the dress in stock. i had to wait a month and a half for a dress that was supposed to be next day delivery according to the receipt. not happy with the seller but satisfied with the dress.

If you had, we would have taken care of it ASAP to ensure you received the best customer service possible. Second, we communicated everything directly to you from the first few moments you placed your order and throughout your entire transaction with us. We called you twice and were unable to leave you a message. The product page clearly states that the dress is a made-to-order and if it is not in stock with the designer, it will need to be made for you. We identify the rush applied if needing the dress sooner. It seems you did not clearly read the product page in full and assumed the dress would arrive next business day. Finally - you ordered the dress on 3/15 and was shipped on 3/26 which you received 2 days later. If you have any questions / concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you - Management.
