Due to the delicate nature of all of our gowns, we do not offer returns on any merchandise, including bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, prom gowns, formal gowns, mother of the bride gowns, as well as all accessories: veils, shoes, baby shoes, earrings, necklaces, etc.
We will offer exchanges on merchandise only if it is a sizing error or if there is a defect in the gown. We must be notified within 48 hours of you receiving the product to issue the exchange - NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. We strongly suggest checking the sizing chart before you order to ensure you are getting the correct fit of the dress you are purchasing. Note that we will not exchange one product for another - the exchange must be for the same product. The original product must be returned to within 7-10 business days after we issue you the exchange, unworn with tags still attached. If the gown is returned worn and/or without the tags, we will ship the product back to you. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping to return the gown, or to ship a new gown to you. We will send you a Paypal invoice to ship a new size to you.
Please note for gowns that are considered "special order" (Jessica Angel gowns, gowns in a custom color, and bridesmaids orders) we cannot refund your order or return the gown. The gown(s) are considered a final sale.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customs fees for some countries.
If a product is in stock, it will be shipped within 2-10 business days after your order is placed and payment is complete, then shipped based off the shipping method you have chosen at checkout.
If a product is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. If a product is on pre-order, it will not be shipped until the product is available. You will be emailed by our customer service to ensure that provide you with a ship date.
For bridal gowns, your gown will be shipped within 2-10 business days if in stock. Otherwise you will be emailed with an expected delivery date, generally anywhere from 30-120 business days as your gown is being custom made.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Note that we are not responsible for customs duty fees. If you are purchasing from another country, please be sure that the shipping address MATCHES the billing address on your card, otherwise there will be a delay in shipment while we verify your purchase.
For destinations in the US, please allow the following estimated time:
Priority Shipping (with tracking number) - 2-5 business days.
Express Shipping (with tracking number) - 1 to 3 business days.
For international destinations, please allow the following time:
Priority Shipping - 15 to 40 business days.
Express Shipping - 10-20 business days.
We do not ship out on major holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out the following business day.
Note that we cannot guarantee shipment times. If you need a package sooner, please choose Express shipping or contact us. Although you chose Express shipping, we will not ship the gown right away - you must wait until the gown is in stock to have it shipped to you. If you need it sooner, please contact us.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If a package is returned back to us via "undeliverable" or you do not pay duty fees, you will be responsible to contact us regarding reshipment of the package. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct. If there is an error after you place your order and before it is shipped out, please email us at TDRInquiry@gmail.com.
PRODUCT & COLOR VARIATIONS
Slight variations might occur between the sample and the finished product. These run to run dye lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when identical products and colors are to used for more than one opening, that they all be ordered at the same time.
We do offer bridesmaids discounts if purchasing 3 or more pieces. We highly recommend contacting us prior to purchasing your gowns, to ensure we order them all together as dye lots could differ (ex: one dress is lighter or darker than the others) as well as assist with sizing. We also want to ensure that the gowns are available and can make it in time for your wedding date! Please note that if your order is an active bridesmaids order (whether using a coupon code or not) your order is considered a final sale as we will not offer any exchanges or returns.
