Stunning fit and flare dress by Portia and Scarlett! This gown features intricate detail and beading throughout. The dress has thin straps with off-shoulder sleeves. The dress features a sweetheart bodice, fully beaded, with satin cowl-neck details. The dress is a fit and flare style, flaring out just above the knees. The top of the dress has beading, and the rest of the dress features glitter.

- Cups in bodice (no bra needed!)

Fit: Runs true to sizing chart. Minimal stretch. If you are between sizes, go up to the larger size and then alter down.

Material: Glitter, fully lined.
